1925, France. Art Deco Dinanderie vase by Luc Lanel for Christofle, France. Copper decorated with plant racemes in a silver foil. Flared rim. Marked by Christofle on the underside and numbered. “Dinanderie” is a metalworking technique using a single piece of flat metal (copper, brass, silver, tin, etc.), folding it in on itself, and then hammering it into its desired shape, such as a vase, platter, or pitcher, without making any cuts, soldering, or additions to the metal.

In good condition with a couple of losses of silver foil and a slight dent at the mouth of the vase. The price has been reduced to account for the condition.
